Custom systems
for SaaS companies and agencies
whose operations deserve
better than next quarter.

Replace the patchwork of SaaS tools with one coherent system. Customer and client portals built to the standard of the work. AI integrated into the foundation, not bolted on — customer health and churn intelligence for SaaS, project insight and client communication for professional services. Fourteen days to productive launch.

§01The situation

Operations that have been deferred too long.

You run a serious operation — a SaaS company past product-market fit, or a professional services firm with the kind of clients that pay attention to your work. The work itself is excellent. The infrastructure around the work is not.

Your internal tools have been "next quarter" for two years. Your engineering team is on product, or your billable team is on client work. Operational tooling loses permanently. You are paying €5,000 to €50,000 per month in SaaS subscriptions for tools that do not fit your workflow and do not talk to each other.

Your customer or client portal looks like 2015. AI applications in your domain are obvious (customer health scoring, churn prediction, project briefs, client communication automation), but bolting AI onto the existing stack delivers nothing. The architecture is wrong.

The operational efficiency you should have. The AI-native operations your work deserves. The portals that match the asset class. All sitting in a "what we would build if we had time" document.

§02Capabilities
01 / Operations that compound
Data and AI in the foundation.

Customer health scoring, churn prediction, lead intelligence, project insight, communication summarization. AI integrated into the operations layer, not bolted on. The system gets sharper as your team uses it.

02 / Portals worth your work
Customer and client surfaces, at standard.

Onboarding portals, account portals, client delivery portals, project portals. Built to the standard your work demands. Not 2015 enterprise but the 2026 surfaces your customers and clients expect when they trust you with serious work.

03 / Time reclaimed
Operational glue, automated.

The manual data moves, the cross-system handoffs, the Zapier flows that break weekly. All replaced with infrastructure built for how your team actually works. Engineering hours or billable hours redirected from glue to value.

04 / Custom fit
Built around your workflow.

CRMs that match how your sales team thinks. Project management that matches how your firm delivers. Customer success tools that fit your renewal motion. Custom does not mean expensive; it means right.

§03The engagement

The engagement.

Every engagement begins with an application. We respond within three business days with an invitation to conversation or a considered decline.

B2B systems engagements vary widely in scope. A sales-ops dashboard is different work from a custom CRM with portal. The initial conversation focuses on scope first, pricing second. Most engagements fall between €10,000 and €18,000 setup, with the larger figures reflecting genuinely complex builds.

The build takes fourteen days from kickoff to productive launch. A working version of your system live, integrated, and usable by your team. The full system extends through partnership for three to six weeks of continued iteration. That is where the complete CRM, the deeper integrations, and the AI-augmented workflows mature.

The fourteen days following launch are built-in stabilization. Fixes, refinements, and adjustments based on real team usage and real operational data, at no additional cost. Day fourteen delivers a working system; day twenty-eight delivers a validated one.

After that, you enter an ongoing partnership at one of two tiers, Operator or Growth Partner. Specific pricing is confirmed during the intake conversation.

§05Who we work with

Who we work with.

Altum primarily serves two kinds of operators in this niche: B2B SaaS companies post-product-market-fit (typically €2M+ in annual revenue, 20+ employees, SaaS spend exceeding €5,000/month), and professional services firms (€1M+ in annual revenue, 10+ professionals) whose client-facing work outpaces their operational tooling.

We also work with distributors, wholesalers, and B2B portal operators, as well as operations-heavy companies in non-tech sectors, where the same fundamental pattern applies: off-the-shelf software constraining how the business actually works.

We accept a limited number of engagements per quarter. We work primarily with operators in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, and the Nordic countries at launch.
