Custom commerce
for operators
who have outgrown
Shopify.

Payment routing across any processor. Server-side tracking that survives the next platform update. Custom checkouts where conversion lift lives. An AI marketing engine that builds complete flows from a sentence. Fourteen days to productive launch — fully owned by you.

§01The situation

Where the platform stops working.

You have built an operation that works. Then the platform starts working against you.

Shopify Payments is mandatory unless you accept punitive fees. Your high-risk SKUs get your account frozen. Your checkout is locked unless you upgrade to Plus, and even Plus has limits. iOS broke your tracking and the platform never fixed it. Your app stack costs more per month than the platform fee.

Most of all: the operation you have built is sitting on infrastructure decisions someone else made. The next pricing change, the next policy update, the next freeze, and you are adapting again.

§02Capabilities
01 / Payment liberty
Any processor. Any rule.

Multiple PSPs running simultaneously. Rule-based routing by geography, risk, or volume. Automatic fallback. High-risk-friendly processors welcome. You decide who you accept money from, not the platform.

02 / Sovereign data
Your data. Your keys.

Direct database access. Server-side events to Meta, TikTok, Google. First-party tracking that survives iOS updates. Export anything, anytime, in standard formats. No vendor lock on what is yours.

03 / Custom checkout
Where conversion lives.

Order bumps, conditional logic, post-purchase upsells, dynamic bundles, fraud rules. Built into the foundation, not bolted on through apps. The 5–15% conversion lift you have been leaving on the table.

04 / AI marketing engine
Campaigns from a sentence.

Describe a flow in natural language. Get back a designed, segmented, connected campaign, ready to activate in minutes. What used to take a week with an agency now takes the time it takes to write the prompt.

§03The engagement

The engagement.

Every engagement begins with an application. We respond within three business days with an invitation to conversation or a considered decline. If we move forward, we send a proposal within two days of that conversation.

The build takes fourteen days from kickoff to productive launch. Your store live with checkout, payments, server-side tracking, and the AI marketing engine ready to run. Continued refinement, new flows, and deeper integrations live in the partnership that follows.

The fourteen days following launch are built-in stabilization. Bug fixes, optimizations, and refinements against real traffic and real orders, included at no additional cost. What lives on day fourteen is a strong base; what lives on day twenty-eight is a validated system.

After that, you enter an ongoing partnership at one of two tiers, Operator or Growth Partner, chosen based on how active you want our involvement to be.

Most engagements begin with a setup investment between €8,000 and €12,000, paid in installments or upfront. Specific pricing is discussed in the intake conversation.

§04The ecosystem

Anything we do not yet integrate with is built as part of your engagement.

§05Who we work with

Who we work with.

Altum serves ecommerce operators running at €50,000 per month or more in revenue, who are launching a new brand, a new operation, or a serious test.

We do not migrate existing stores. Your current operation continues running where it is. The system we build is for what comes next.

We accept a limited number of engagements per quarter. Most applications are declined, not because the applicants are not capable operators, but because fit matters more than volume.

If this is the operation
you are building — apply.

Applications are reviewed personally. Three business days for a response.
